Digital Courses and Downloadable Content

Once a course, video, file, template, or access link has been delivered, it is generally non-refundable because the content becomes immediately accessible after purchase.

If you purchased the wrong product, cannot access your course, or believe there is a billing error, please contact us within 7 days of purchase:

1-on-1 Consulting Services

You may contact us to reschedule your appointment before the scheduled consultation begins. Once the consultation has been completed, the service is considered delivered and is non-refundable.

No Physical Returns

Our digital courses, downloadable resources, and consulting services do not involve physical shipping. Therefore, physical product returns are not applicable.
